Processing Time

Please allow 1-5 business days for processing time before your order is shipped out.

Shipping Responsibility on Returns

The customer is responsible for shipping fees for returns.

All of Essie dh's orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario.  

Essie Dh does not guarantee delivery times and does not accept responsibility for late packages. As many items are made-to-order, please allow 1-3 weeks for production and delivery of these items. Due to Covid, these times may be delayed. We can not guarantee timing for this.  

The customer is responsible for any charges or penalties that result from incorrect address information submitted by the customer.

International customers are responsible for customs, duties and taxes incurred at the time of delivery. 

Lost in Shipping 

Any lost during shipping will not be Essie Dh’s responsibility if you select the regular option (without tracking).
